Digital art is good and bad in it's own ways, and by 'bad I really don't feel like its a bad thing.
Digital art is convenient and relatively inexpensive because there's no need to buy paints, brushes and other mediums. You just have to invest in a nice tablet or learn to draw by mouse [which I can't do. I shake waaayyy to bad to draw just with the mouse].
The only 'bad' thing is that I feel that traditional art is getting lost with the digital age. I know many art careers and commissions are relied on digi art but, it's nice to see traditional paintings and sketches now and then.
Do I draw digitally? Pfft, I wish. I don't have a tablet and like I said before, can't do with a mouse. One day over the rainbow there's a tablet waiting for me, but for right now its, pens and brushes for me.
Now I'm not bashing digital art, this is basically just a journal to show some more activity on the sight. Being a university student I don't have much time anymore to sit down and do a painting or something worthwhile. Just a few doodles here in there done in lecture classes, nothing worst posting. Maybe one day when I can afford a tablet or something I can contribute more, but oh well. I'll just have to wait till I can grab some more time to do some more finished works.
I enjoy taking up some space. Keep on drawing/writing!
